How much does diet effect an endurance based event like pushups?
Jon asked:
Let’s say you have a lean person with very little body fat; and let’s say this person is trying to do as many push ups within a time limit. Does a diet with more ice cream, donuts, and junk food effect muscular endurance if the person is still getting adequate protein and carbs, and is still training with intensity and intelligence?
I don’t know if these answers are like spam messages or what but my question has nothing to do with weight loss. Read the details.
