What is the best diet pill for a women to take?

I would like something to help supress hunger and speed up my metabolism. Is it true that vitamins will help with speeding up my metabolism? 30 minutes on the treadmill a day and watching my diet I would like a diet pill that might help or any other ideas.

    Crash dieting is never a good idea and taking a diet pill that isnt prescribed by your Doctor for reasons of obesity can be extremely dangerous. Generally, when diet pills boost your metabolism they also increase your heart rate, making you susceptible to heart attacks. Try lowering your carb intake instead, up your protein and do a little weight training to tone muscles and burn more fat instead of looking for a quicker option with diet pills.

    The best way to speed up your metabolism is to do regular exercise. Diet pills are NEVER good for your body.

    Some every-day ways to do exercise more often (treadmills are boring):
    -Take evening walks with a friend or talk on the phone during a long walk.
    -Make a habit of walking the dog everyday.
    -Learn how to dance.
    -Park farther away so you have to walk more to get to the building.
    -Take the stairs more often.
    -Volunteer to babysit children at a local shelter (children make you run around!)
    -Ride a bike whenever your desination is within a couple miles.

    All you’ll be doing is setting yourself up for gaining twice as much back within the year.

    Eat a LOT of healthy food. Move around more (walk, bike, swim, dance around the house — whatever). Don’t eat a lot of junk.

    Don’t starve yourself; eat when you’re hungry, but just not fatty things.
